The Leaders Group is happy to announce an upcoming redesign of our account opening process, powered by Salesforce and leveraging Laser App and DocuSign. This intuitive and user-friendly process is intended to make completing and submitting account-opening paperwork with us faster and easier than ever before.
Whether you’re opening an IRA, a 401(k), or anything in between, the enhanced workflow will collect the relevant data and generate the prefilled forms necessary to facilitate your business.
With Laser App, you can fill out TLG, TLGA, and product sponsor forms electronically, eliminating the need for physical paperwork. This means you can complete your account opening process from the comfort of your own office or home, saving time and effort by not having to print out or scan any documents.
After forms are filled, our integration with DocuSign enables you and your clients to sign the forms easily and securely on any device, from anywhere, eliminating the need to meet in person or otherwise obtain wet signatures. Upon obtaining signatures, the system will automatically create a BRD with PDFs of the signed paperwork which are then submitted for approval with the click of a button.
